Full blown ifIwalkanyfasterI’dberunning mania today.

I know it’s the weather causing it. It is beautiful and fall-like today. I expect that this fall will be an interesting trip with the bipolar. I’ve been so depressed, this mania feels so so good.

Don’t worry though, I’ve got it under control today. Letter writing, coloring, painted my nails, and went for a walk.

This is the first day in forever that I don’t have to leave the house if I don’t want to. :sigh: But I want broccoli cheese soup and grilled ham and cheese sammiches for supper, so I guess I’ll go to the store. It will be a quick trip, at least.

I have a bit of a mess in the kitchen I have to work on first. I really should be doing that now, but first…
