Today, tonight and next week! in The odd entries from life …….

Our day was a perfect early autumn day, a clear blue sky with a cool breeze that didn’t take the edge of the sunny day, the dogs were out on the grass and were for most of the time were quiet; even when some other dogs were howling because they were alone!

Of the boxes in my room I am now emptying, it have most of the things to do with the mac, the keyboard and mouse were removed some days ago; but it remains half full on my bed until it is time for use of the bed.

Since I moved into this room I have been getting for bed in the dark or keeping very low with my bed side lamp on it lowest light; the curtain railing had no fittings. Today I fitted a new curtain rails with all the fittings, and my Daughter has given me some curtains, they are a deep pink and when they are closed I can get ready with out protections.

Once I ready for bed I shall open the curtains, I like fresh air in the night and the curtains are quite heavy; even now the autumn nights can still to warm for me; I still through my duvet to one side – it will need to by rather colder until I wrap myself in a duvet.

Alas the weather forecasters are forecasting more wind and cloud but less warmth, at lest my Sister and Brother-in-law had foresight to holiday this week rather than next week; but we will see next week to see if the forecasters got it right …………..
