DAMP & COLD in Living off the Grid

BURRRRRRRRRRR IT’S COLD OUT TODAY.

I’m bundled up in my robe and drinking my yummy coffee. I love having K-cups. Right now I’m drinking Salted Caramel it’s one of my favorites my next favorite is Petes Coffee–very good

Need to put more wood in the fire-don’t want to let it burn out. Thinking of fire.....I have almost burned down the cabin three times. The first time I put some Mexican vanilla in the candle thinking that it would be ok to do…big mistake. I have since learned my lesson.

The third incident was that my husband put some very flammable stuff in a jug. My husband forget that he put the wrong chemicals in the jug causing a GREAT EXPLOSION which caused me burns to my thumb and inner palm.

The last incident was a chimney fire. This happened at night –those poor fireman had to climb up the chimney while my husband was squirting water. I feel sorry for those precious fire fighters–Our trail is pretty far away.

The fire house at Snoqualmie Pass is really close–THANK GOD FOR THAT.

On a other note –I have gone crazy–trying to figure out how to put pictures in my entry. I think I should have a shot of the Mexican tequila!
