Accomplishments? in A small but passable life.

I guess you could say they’re accomplishments.

I finished reading “Exposing Lies of the Empire” by Andre Vltchek. 800 pages that took just shy of three weeks to read. The author is amazing.

I finished binge watching all seven seasons of “Parks & Recreation”. Don’t ask why because I don’t know. I did laugh a couple of times.

When I returned the latest book to the library I put four more books on my “hold” list. Three were on a local shelf so maybe in a couple of days I’ll get one or all three.

This evening I mowed the front and the back yard. I ran a whole tank of gas through the mower. When it ran out of gas I called it quits. All I have left is a corner in the back where the “jungle” used to be, underneath all those grapevines I pulled down. It’s still a bit of a mess.

Just heard an interesting little tidbit. It seems as if PornHub streams 6000 terabytes EVERY DAY. That seems incredible for just ONE porn site. Americans do love their pornography. I guess if you sit at a desk all day in front of a screen for a “job” you need something to do.

I haven’t decided which show to watch next. I’ve started “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”. I left off at season 2.

Or maybe watch “The Sopranos”. I was kind of hit and miss with that one when it was on HBO.

So yeah, nothing much happening around here for me. Things being what they are that is a good thing.

The youngsters are all now working the same shift at the same Panera. And some of their classes are the same at the college. I haven’t really tried to get their schedules straight. I don’t really need to. I just stay here with the animals.
