25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS CHEER in Living off the Grid

My husband had fun putting up the artificial Christmas tree, I could hear him cursing under his breath. The tree came in four parts with sections of cords. While he was having fun messing with all the cords and such. I was thrilled to finally bring out all the Christmas tubs from the out building. No broken ornaments. I of course have the woodland theme going on. bears, deer, moose, elk, skis, ice skates, sleds snowflakes.

I need to go to target and get some Christmas rugs. I still have my rug from last year, but it was washed and shrunk to a much smaller rug. I already have a beautiful round table cloth which makes me smile every time I walk by the table..

Still thinking about making those peppermint cookies My god the directions are long and detailed. I'm not the best cook, I always seem to second guess myself like did I forget to put the butter in the bowl.

     Hmmm thinking about making some gingerbread men.

My sister will be having a cookie party at her home. I need to buy a gingerbread man cutter. I went to the little fancy store in North bend that sales kitchen gadgets. I didn't find what I was looking for the store only had a very small gingerbread man tin. Not good enough for me.

I LOVE GINGERBREAD MEN AND THEY MUST HAVE THE THREE RED BUTTON CANDIES GOING DOWN TO THEIR BELLY

Makes me smile just thinking about eating the gingerbread men. Well all this talk about gingerbread men is making me very hungry
