Wenesday in New Diary

Yesterday turned out to be a shitty day. My girlfriend was without the use of a toilet for most of the day. The lady at the office “Alice” was playing with her head. She said that maintenance would not be able to come and fix it until the end of the week and that she waited too long to report it. She was really upset and was wondering what she would do without the use of a toilet. Thankfully they came to her apartment yesterday afternoon and fixed the problem. Still she called over the weekend and reported it and nobody came to check her toilet. She went four days without a working toilet. I kept saying this place is screwed up and that should have been on the top of the list I also said that “Alice” was playing with her head when she was telling her that shit.

I am truly grateful for having an affordable apartment. But sometimes I hate this place. Staff, especially the woman in the front office,. can be so damned mean. She likes to play with people when they put in work orders. Whenever I need something fixed she gets really nasty with me. We don’t get along and she is always nasty with me. I try to avoid her at all cost and this is one reason why I stay in my apartment.

Chocolatechip was really upset yesterday. She was really stressed because she thought that she was going to be without a toilet She went through strife over and they ended up fixing the toilet. I swear this woman is a sadist. She likes to cause other people pain and misery.

I started reading another book yesterday. This one is called Decision in Philadelphia: The Constitutional Convention of 1787 by Christopher Collier and James Lincoln Collier. I read the first few pages of the first chapter last night but couldn’t get into it. I think I like to do most of my reading in the morning over a nice cup of coffee and cigarettes.

Think I’m going to read fort a while. Life is good. Life is always good.
