Draft fix in Site Updates

I broke the draft feature last night when I changed the navigation to always sort by publish date (because drafts don't have a publish date). So hopefully that is fixed now. A draft no longer has nav bar in the entry screen, and the nav bar always sorts by published date on the entry screen for published entries.
