Monday monday in Prosebox Desert Island Discs

So I’m not at yoga this morning - I’ve got loads of bitty bits to sort out this morning, mostly because one of VAs who does this annoying sort of stuff is on holiday… That and I’ve been really poor at clearing my inbox each day (mostly laziness!!).

I’m a bit bummed actually - nothing thru from my former employer. Potentially that’s about her and where her head is rather than me - rationally I know that. But I’m still pretty down about it after being so excited about hearing from her. I should stress that she was in this complete cow of a marriage, really downtrodden and almost giving up when I worked there towards the end, and my leaving was really the catalyst for the whole thing falling apart. But then why say anything to my aunt at that party then? (I know it was a big enough do to avoid anyone that you wanted to, done buffet style).

I made a decision about the PR for the survey - I’m not hiring the woman I had doing it last time as she just sucked a whole load of cash without getting any real results. I’ve got about £500 max to spend and it would really have to pay for itself to justify any more than that. I’ve asked Cousin M (who handily works for a big PR firm!) to see if their guys would tag it onto some of their projects, as they are forever speaking to all the journos and bloggers, so they’d probably be able to get it in there without expending much time on it. He may or may not be able to do it - he is running it past his boss.

So the plan for today:
- The health visitor is coming this afternoon @ 1:30pm
- I want to do at least 2 x VA organisation blog posts
- Move the blogger’s tea party idea forward!
- Sort the Yoga Google+ page
