And a lot of other garbage in between means I was once again not approved. I now have an appointment to go to Social Security to apply for SSI again and also see if they feel appealing to a higher power will help. One thing I must do is get the blood test to prove the CMT which is scheduled for Wednesday. I’m more depressed if that is possible. My back is in such severe pain I can’t bend over and nothing is helping. Figured I’d post a quick update need to call Mom and get Bobby ready for bed or rather have Shawn get him ready under my instructions.

I have heard it is better to get a good appeals lawyer rather than to start over. My daughter in law got disability and I would have turned her down!!

i think if you don't already have one you should get a social security appeals attorney. i mean they take about a third of what you win but, nothing if you don't. and 2/3 of whatever you would get from the time you first applied is better than all of nothing. you have my prayers. take care,

Mine was approved when I went with Allsup online, they do only disability. Everything was done over internet and phone, and papers I needed to sign came via Fedex. It took a while, but it was approved. I highly recommend them. Someone that does only Disability, they know the ins and outs much more than a lawyer that does everything.
I wish they would've approved it so you don't have to be so depressed and could hopefully relax more. It's horrible. I hope you'll find someone that will give them a kick in the you know what.

I hope you appeal and don't give up. I think a denial is always the first response unless it is something born with and documentation to back it up.
