I was looking for something entertaining to watch before I get ready to go to bed. It’s been a rough week at work and I need happy and good thoughts tonight. It would be a glass of wine kinda night if I liked it and drank. lol Man oh man, the harmonies from that time period put groups these days to shame.
Will not give a run down of the week but it was a continuation from the week before with equipment failure. 7 service calls, 5 hard drives, 2 mother boards, and another board/ I called the contractor and the contractor service people’s supervisor and said it either gets fixed today or order us a new one and I shouldn’t have to be telling you to do what you should have done by now.
It was running the last hour of the day ok. One of my employees will probably go into work tomorrow and get the back log done and transferred.
Dude seems to be doing ok. Some pain in the wrist, but hopefully that reduces as the healing continues. I didn’t find out until just before his surgery that he had not filed for workman’s comp. Another long story that I don’t want to write out, however, in order to maintain/keep his insurance he needs to pay $1730.00 PER MONTH! I will pay for it for at least one month and possibly 2 but after that, I can’t afford it. I am praying and know they are too that he’ll be back to work by then and he’ll resume the coverage with the company paying their part and him back to pay an employee part. A month of highs and lows, mad and happy, but always feeling blessed and secure.
Wow when I decided to write tonight I was planning on writing up a storm. I guess you could say the clouds broke up and the storm has passed. I hope to catch up with everyone someday soon. Take care and God Bless
