My brother's houseguests. in Since OD is shutting down....

Alright so my brother had his friend and his family come stay with him because my brother and his friend were both on vacation and wanted to hang out. My brother told me this was going to happen months ago and I told him that it wasn’t going to end well, it didn’t. Originally, it was just supposed to be my brother’s friend but then somehow, my brother was convinced to let his wife and 2 kids come along. The kids are 8 and 10 and usually kids that age are super well behaved but these kids were far from it. Apparently the kids were always fighting and yelling, they would pick their noses and wipe their boogers on the furniture, kept sitting in my brother’s girlfriends chair, and kept drinking their soda!!!

They arrived about 7am Sunday morning and it’s been hell ever since. I’ve had to have my brother’s kid every night because these people were staying in her room so she had nowhere to sleep. I’ve had no problem having her at all but it’s just crazy that these people showed up sooner that planned and then come to find out last night, they didn’t plan to leave until Monday morning which means they would have been here 8 fucking days!!!!

Well, my brother and his girlfriend came over last night and told me that things have gotten even worse so my brother started to devise a plan to get rid of them. First, he was going to tell them they had to go because our uncle was going to come stay with them but when he mentioned that to his friend, he said something about how there wouldn’t be room for them and blah blah blah so my brother decided to have one of his co-workers friends come play ‘landlord’ and came over this morning and said they had to go. I came over after they had started packing and it was definitely awkward.

I worked day shift today so that I could pick little one up from daycare because they had plans. My brother called to tell me his friend threatened to kill him and sent him a bunch of really nasty text messages. I think it’s bullshit after these people stayed with my brother for free, didn’t clean up after themselves at all, let their kids be more than disrespectful, didn’t pitch in on groceries and left a complete fucking mess of my brother’s house!!!!

I am just so fucking glad these people are gone and my brother has said he will never have house guests again. It sucks that things ended so poorly because I really liked his friend, I’ve known him my whole life but I knew that things were going to turn out like this. It’s just never a good idea to have people stay for more than a couple of days. I’m sad that my brother has now lost a friend, which means that I lost him too but all we can do is take it as a lesson learned. I told my brother that once his friend said that his whole family was coming, he should have said no because his place is just too small to house an extra 4 people for that long!!!

My brother can be a really good dude but one of his problems has always been that he isn’t as forward with people as he needs to be and this is one of those times. He knew that these people were getting on his nerves but wouldn’t say anything about it and if it were me, I would have said no long before they showed up. I know that I can’t stand people for more than one night so I wouldn’t have allowed them to stay for 4 days like my brother did.

Work is going alright. It was kind of nice working the day shift but I only made $18 today. I’m more than stressed about bills at this point. I have so many things behind and feel like it’s going to take me forever to make enough money to get everything caught up and start having some money in the bank account. It really fucked me not working for a month. I know I had 3 small paychecks in the past month but they weren’t enough to pay everything I needed to pay.

I’m super fucking tired and plan to put little one to bed early. I love her but I’m just so ready for sleep. I’m going to take her to daycare tomorrow and then come home and sleep for awhile. I don’t work until 5pm tomorrow so I have time to get a nap in. She’s not ready to go home yet but I know she’ll be fine once she gets her room back and gets to sleep in her bed.

Oh and so I posted another ad on CL and Matt responded!!! I basically let him know it was me and the next thing I know, my post got flagged! Hmmm..I wonder who flagged it LOL!!! What a fucking douche!! He doesn’t want to be my FWB so who cares if I have an ad up trying to find a new one? That makes no fucking sense and it actually pisses me off. I think it’s really selfish to hinder me from possibly finding someone who could give me what he couldn’t. I just think it’s crap!!!

Anyways, I have my niece laying down watching a movie so I’m going to watch some tv in my room and crash. More tomorrow.
