I went over to Vish and James’ last night, as they are staying at James’ dad’s place for a little while, so I hadn’t seen that apartment before. It’s a loft! I love lofts! :D

Anyway, we grabbed Subway and used up the vouchers, which worked out pretty well as we got $50 worth of food for $30 for all of us by using them, so that worked out well. I was complaining in a previous entry that I didn’t like Subway that much anymore, but I ordered 2 chicken subs and the one I had was SO yummy, so I was proven wrong :P

Anyway, I’d brought my hard-drive over so we could watch a movie, and I asked Vish and James if they had seen the Aussie film, “Monster Pies”, which I saw at the Queer Film Festival quite a few years ago now.

Well, it starts off a bit slow, and I’ve seen it at least five times now, but no matter how many times I watch it, there’s one part in it that manages to make me cry.

I was worried when the part of the movie was approaching and I thought about covering Vish’s eyes, but then there would be no point if I did that. I just know how much of a sensitive guy he can be sometimes, which is a really admirable part of him, when he’s not being annoying lol.

So, fast-forward, and Vish and I are in tears - me again in tears lol. It started off pretty mildly for Vish, but then it grew into full-on hysterics! He was a complete mess. I felt SO bad.
He needed both of us to comfort him, and I had to keep telling him that it was only a movie, “It’s not real”, all that stuff. Nothing was working lol.

James says to me, “So. You’re banned from suggesting movies.” LOL.

I said to Vish, “I promise I’ll pick a happier movie next time,” which made him laugh.

I then had to put on Sex And The City, which always cheers him up. Jesus Christ, what an emotional night that ended up turning into.

James dropped me home, which was nice, and I sent Vish a message apologizing that he’d gotten so upset, and he still hasn’t replied yet lol.
Fuck, I know it’s sad, but that’s what movies are suppose to do! Bring out emotions!

It’s fucking freezing here today. That one 27 degree day we had was just to fool me I think. I’m currently in a jacket under a blanket on the couch!
