Day 28 in NoJoMo13

Crazy day at work and I was worried traffic would be nuts but managed to drop co-worker off, pickup friend, stop at the store, pickup pizza and get home before 6! I was pretty impressed. Just got back from dropping said friend off, she's visiting from SLC and we don't get to see much if her these days so today was a lovely treat. Turkey is in the fridge, defrosted and ready to go, think everything else is here for making a two person feast. Hoping I'll have food done by 2 so I can send Kate home with some turkey, since she's the one who provided it. She's planning dinner with some other friends though so I figure anything we don't eat or send off, I can split some for us (mm leftover turkey sammiches) and take the rest to work Friday. I actually enjoy working the Friday after thanksgiving. Always have. It's mellow and I don't have to worry about blak Friday shoppers and crazy retail bullshit.
