FIT CLIP OR SOMETHING SIMILAR in LIFE OF A D.O.M. WIDOWER LIVING ON THE NJ SHORE

Doris has become enamored of a device that she clips to her clothing and it records every step she takes daily. Between this device and her daily gym workouts she has become an exercise fanatic. I can see the results in her loss of her stomach and just the hint of abs appearing. There is a side effect of her use of the device and is that Doris has taken to coming over to my house in the evening to take a beach walk with me and all of a sudden I have lost some weight and my legs are feeling stronger than ever.

Saturday I went to the County Fair with my other friend. It was hot and dusty and unremarkable. The event was not expensive but the two things that interested me wereaa watching a chicken lay an egg and my eating a Funnel cake. I love them when they are cooked crispy but this one merely had me trudging between booths with a lead weight in my stomach.

Doris had a Court appearance this am and just called me that she was so happy that her divorce was now final . I am proud that she was able to navigate through the process without a Lawyer and from start to finish was successful in doing the whole thing by herself. It will give her confidence a needed boost.
