Well I went off birth control last week. I got a period on Friday. This is my first REAL period (not on any birth control) in about 10yrs. The cramps were insane Friday. Worse than labor pains. I have a clotting disorder which causes heavier bleeding and more clots during my cycle than the average woman. It actually causes my whole body to be sore and fatigued. I get light headed easier and typically have a severe headache or even a migraine during the first 2-3 days. This is NOT fun but I really am excited that it is happening because it means my body will start ovulating normally most likely and increase the chances for me to get pregnant.
I pray I get pregnant very quickly.
This entry is more for my records than anything else- when I cannot remember when I got this first period, I can go back and look at the date.
