My relationship has hit a new low and does not figure to survive this challenge. Communication seems to be at a new low and nothing I suggest seems to have an effect. If I do get any reply it is to tell me that I am not making an sense and no matter what I want I might as well forget about it. Last night I gave up and in the hope of salvaging what I had so much invested in I sought outside expert advice.
I called Customer Service to get Technical support because nothing I had done had worked.
Every time I wanted to print a photo on my Epson WF-7010 and it refused me telling me the printer was not ready or could not print offline or that a previous file was preventing the printer from spooling. I went though 3 technicians until I reached the Top Gun. I turned off the printer, I held down buttons, I followed many separate plans.
I was on with them for hours and the final suggestion was to get a new USB cable and call them when I do. Lunchtime today I bought one and hopefully tonight will see to result be positive.
