Good for you. Finally, you do something that upholds the idea of freedom, and of equality, that you espouse so often yet rarely demonstrate. I am truly proud of you.
Most of you, actually. Mike Huckabee? Shut the fuck up. You contribute nothing. And as for the Texas attorney general? You’re making yourself, and by association your state, look like the stereotypical caricature that Texas has only recently begun to shrug off.
Stop that, by the way. The world has moved on; it’s 2015. Come, join the rest of us in rational enlightenment. The view is rather nice.
If you have a problem with people wanting their love to be legally recognized, it speaks volumes about how lonely you must be.
BREAKING NEWS EDIT!!! There’s a pastor in America who said he’ll publicly set himself on fire if gay marriage is legalised.
I hope he honours this, because it will be fucking hilarious.
