exercising at home in keeping it postive

I enjoyed the class of “low-impact” aerobics, but got to the point I just did NOT want to leave the house. So, remembering what the teacher had taught us - what moves, how to change it up, how to involve arms AND legs… I decided to find some music to exercise to and do something at home.

I must be pushing myself more at home than she was pushing us in class because after 8 minutes or so, I am winded. I know I am using the “hands over the head” routine which WILL get the heart moving faster.

So, I take a breather every 10 minutes till I have caught my breath, then start the music again. The Internet is GREAT!!!
