Long absence in 2015

For my long absence, I do sincerely apologize. I expect to be writing a lot more, especially as I find more time to think and as my long dormant sense of hope and excitement reawakens as I get ready for Japan.
That’s right.
Japan.
Baring anything horrible happening, or some stupid paperwork problem, I’ll be moving to Satsuma, a town in Kagoshima, as of August 1st. It’s not exactly where or what I wanted, but it’s Japan. I’ll have a house to myself in a tiny town in the middle of the countryside. It sounds like it’s going to be pretty great.
Honestly, after the emotional drain that was the Amber mess, it was hard to write. My involvement with Audrey was kind of nice at first, and seemed like a source of inspiration, but it fizzled. Really, it’s hard to write when there’s nothing much going on in your life you’re proud of or happy about. Well, I’ve got to get my life in order prior to Japan, so expect more here, and expect a lot more once I’m there.
