The holidays and the kids birthdays are coming upon us. I have been juggling so much lately that I feel like I am pulled in so many directions. Tonight though is a date night with my husband! NO KIDS!!!

The kids will be with Aunt Cindy and Uncle John and their cousin Ella. Woot Woot a fun sleep over for the kids! :)

We have been living on a tight budget since my husband's internship is unpaid. So I don't think we are going out anywhere but to be alone just the two of us is enough. He has had hell week at work and I know needs this time.

It is that time to renew our lease on our home. It looks like we are going to do it for another 6 months and pay for it all in advance. It makes it easier to handle this way and not so stressful.

Yesterday I went to my daughters Thanksgiving lunch at her preschool and today I am going to my son's at his school. I know Nathan really wanted to be there but he has had a ton of cases this week and a few trials. I can't wait until next year when he takes the Bar and can get paid for all this hard work he is doing.

It is getting a lot colder out, so we haven't been taking the kids out to the park as much. We had snow last weekend, and so we bought the kids snow gear, and they played in the snow at Gramma and Grampa's house.

This is the first year in 3 years that we won't have to make a long trip for the holiday's to see our family and friends. It is unreal. It is quite nice really. I am so glad we moved back down here to Boise this last summer. We still are settling in and adjusting but it is good.

With this colder weather, I have been experimenting a whole lot with cooking in my crock pot. I love being able to still get fresh produce weekly from Bountiful Baskets. I create new recipes from what they give us with each order. It has been so fun and delicious. We now have a few family favorites!

So there is a brief update on life. I have a lot of running around to do today.
