Day 21 in NoJoMo13

Second entry today will be in MO book.

Narrowly avoided being involved in a pile up on the freeway this morning. I managed to swerve off into the emergency lane while slamming on my breaks. I didn't hit anyone and no one hit me, but I stopped to make sure the drivers were ok and give witness info. While doing so the driver that had been behind me(there were four cars, 3 in front of me and one behind me) got aggressive and accused ME of causing the entire accident. I told him he was wrong an there's no possible way I had any control over the three cars in front of me. Another driver defended me saying I did exactly what I should have and avoided the collision. He just got mate angry and kept saying I cut him off, which I didn't. I signaled and waited, checking twice before getting over and he raced up on me as I was getting over and almost immediately after I got over the traffic began to stop and I had to swerve to avoid hitting the car in front of me. I don't know HOW he didn't have time to stop. He didn't hit me and had my whole car length and then some to stop and avoid the accident.

I called the police and dispatch told me to leave the scene since he was becoming aggressive. I told another driver to please give my witness info to the police and I turned to leave and he FOLLOWED me to my car!!! Freaked me out pretty good that's for sure.

So I was late to work. Still haven't heard from a cop or any of the drivers.
