Might have solved the knee problem in My this and that

So, I decided to try running again this morning, despite all of my problems on Monday evening with my knee hurting, and me not being able to run hardly at all.
So I got up early (5:00 a.m. Ya. I’m hardcore) and stretched and stretched and stretched. Then I went running and I took little tiny baby steps, so even though I was moving my legs way more I was going really slow. BUT I managed to run further and longer today than I have any other time. YAY! 45 minutes running, and 12 minutes walking. What a great time it was, and the weather was perfect.
I’m pretty excited. So I did 6km this morning in just under an hour. The 10K should take me less than 2 hours! SWEET! I’m thinking tomorrow evening I MIGHT try to do a full 10K just to see, but I also have a skirt I really want to make. I cut out the pieces last night, so all that’s left is to sew it all together. Praying it turns out how I dream!

Yay! Your doing awesome! From what I can remember my dad saying about running he mention sometimes knee pain from running can be caused me to long of stride. My dad had knee problems his whole life, God healed him of that and he now runs marathons!
