AWAKE in LIFE OF A D.O.M. WIDOWER LIVING ON THE NJ SHORE

I had a hard night sleeping. My brain was working at Warp speed but finally I traced the problem back to an ill conceived dinner. I cooked a Shepherd Pie with an excess of Hot Sauce. I have just treated this with an Alka Seltzer which is my Med of Choice for all things stomach related.
For the past three weeks I have been obsessing about my garden and just today I did the last planting. Previously I had planted in one section and mulched and today I did the rest of the plantings. Some night this week I will do the last of the mulching. I am in awe of the beauty of two knockout roses and their showiness.
My Sister, Anne, from Fort Myers, Fl is close to being able to attend my Surprise 80th Birthday Party at the end of this month. What a happy thing that would be.
This week I should see the plans for my house lift and then the Builders budget.
