My Barnes and Noble account was hacked yesterday. I found out that three purchases were made on my debit card. Great I lost $30 Miracle upon miracles I was able to get into my BN&N account. I removed my default payment plan and changed my password. I was afraid to put my other debit card on my account. I think I can add it anytime I wish to make a purchase then quickly remove it.

I went over my budget for the millionths time. I can still purchase a NOOK but will have to wait till the 3rd when I get my Social Security check. I will have enough money to pay the rent, make a computer payment, get my meds and food. I may also have enough money to purchase a Stephen King book. June will be a very tough month but I will be ok.

I also called my debit card company. I reported that somebody else made three purchases on my card. They will refund the money and send me a new card on the 12th. They killed the old card. In the meantime I have a second debit card I can use to make my online payments. Life is good.

I had a really bad shock yesterday when I saw my debit card was used by somebody else. But thank God it was only $30. Thank god I will be reimbursed. It will take a while but I will get my money back. It is a pain in the ass that I have to go through this. But I guess that is the risks I take when I have online accounts.

I feel very good today. I don’t feel tired. Anxiety is down to a minimum. There comes a time when you got to say to yourself that all the worrying in the world will not change the current situation or solve any problems. Worrying only makes you sick. I did all that I could do with the latest situation. I reported my card was compromised That is about all I can do. No use making myself sick with worrying and anxiety. I said this to myself last night did a few breathing exercises and felt surpris9ingly calm. I felt very good and far as anxiety is concerned.

Depression is another matter. All of these problems I’ve been having lately are taking their toll. First, I could not access my books on my old computer. After making an update I kept getting an error message. Then I tried downloading NOOK for Windows 8.It screwed up the computer I already paid for. I had to get another computer from RAC and that is going to put a big crimp in the budget. Then I thought I screwed up my fiancé’s computer. Then I was having problems with my computer. Then my online accounts were hacked and I lost $30. These problems will work themselves out but it was very, very stressful.

But May is almost over June is a new month. It will be a rough month but I keep reminding myself that the rent will be paid. Comcast and RAC will be paid. I will have money for meds and laundry. I will have money for food. I have been in far worse situations before and survived. I will get through this the month of June. Everything will be ok.
