Bob your head
and bob your hair
while bobbing up and down in
cool cool early summer evening
skinny dipping water
and then Bob’s your uncle.

Plunk your bobber down
and fish
fashion a little hook
out of your bobby pins
and if you lack a license for it
don’t let the bobbies catch you.

Bob your head
Bob’s your uncle
whip that hair back and forth
whip your hair back and forth
the summer’s here
make it count.
