…I got my first day over with yesterday at the new location yesterday....
I seriously wanted to die.
Just wanted to up and shoot myself because it was so dead.
$400 done for the day between myself and the manager. A 12 hour day.
Who btw, I bet is a lovely person, but has the listening skills of a doorknob.
He asked me a question regarding the debit terminal, in relation to any problems we might of had at my old location, and while I was trying to explain what problems I had encountered, and what we did to fix it, he was constantly talking over me about how his problems were only for this type of that type or card of this from for this bank or that bank.
Finally I just looked at him, said “Oh interesting.” and stopped trying to tell him the answer to the question he had originally asked me.
It was so dead that I dusted for 2 hours, and stopped for 1 customer. Who didn’t buy anything.
Stopped into my home location today, check in on my manager, apparently yesterday a regular was in and saw the transferred employee, and went straight to my manager and point blank asked “When did that get here?”
Yea, that’s how bad the reputation is that this other person has. We know that there are people who have started coming to our location to get away from said employee. Now they are being forced to deal with it again..
I feel bad for my home store crew and can’t wait to get back!
