14th Deadly Sin in Books

Yes this is what I am currently reading. I’d say I am 45% done. I have not put a lot of effort into reading lately because of the NHL and USHL playoffs and also the Men’s World Championship. May in a very busy month for hockey believe it or not.

Anyway pretty much like the other books in the Women’s Murder Club series by James Patterson. I do like know what is going on with the other ladies too but it seems that it’s not very in depth with the other women’s lives besides Yuki. Barely anything on Claire. Also seems like Cindy’s book career is not that important. Just not very into depth with the ladies. Maybe it will pick up as I go on.

I really want to kick myself in the butt for this. Yes I really didn’t look into it. I have finished listening to the Maze Runner and the 4th book is prequel. I wish I would have look into as I said because I would have liked to read that first before reading the main books in the series. Anyone else feel the same way?

I did watch the movie first. I was not too interested in reading the books. However usually if the movie is pretty popular I read the book first. Many people do not care to read the book but instead watch the movie. What they do not know is how much stuff has been cut from the movie. This is anything book/movie that you wish they put in the movie but choice not too in the movie. Yes a movie can not be 10 hours long. Yet they should have slowly showed how long Thomas was really in the glade. He was not there for just 1 or 2 days. Also the girl Teresa was there more then one day and did more stuff then just wake up. Also they fact that she can talk to Thomas through telepathy. Also the BIGGEST part I thought about their escape from the maze being the fact that their are code messages/ letters being made every day. This really makes me want to see the movie again.

I recently finished NYPD Red 3 also by James Patterson. Also wanted to finish it so I could jump into the 14th Deadly Sin. Which I did not get right away. However I really enjoy this series. It’s becoming one of my favorites. I live the crimes and the relationship issues the 2 partners have. Usually I HATE reading of relationship issues. It’s like who care just kill someone.... lol

I never really have a list of books I really want to read or listen too. Usually just go from whatever looks good or sounds good. Since I joined Kindle first I have bought 3 books, read 2 of them and thought they were great but I have not seen anything that seems really interesting. The third book I might read next but I do not know.
