Bonus: Ten minutes treadmill
Knew I’d crush the weight. It’s not that I need to ramp to a single every session, it’s that if I feel “up to it”, why the hell not? Broscience says those pulls over 90% are like gold. It’s not like I’m grinding. Those were all good, solid pulls. Hard to believe I have a video of me pulling 315 lbs for five. Once 315 feels like a “warm-up” weight like 275 does, I’ll be ready to take the next step.
I only get a ridiculous back pump after squats, never deadlifts. I’ll meditate on whether to continue enduring the discomfort on squat day, or to find a difference exercise. Step-ups? Some other kind of lunge? I don’t know.
