The last images of a good April. in The odd entries from life …….

This years April was a rather pleasant as April’s go, no snow nor frost that I can recall, I do recall plenty sunny days of a few were near summer standard; but less rain than get insummer.

Standing on the patio we have a panoramic view of the valley in its spring grander, many shades of green with touches of white and yellows, May has begun with those Cornish Soft days, day’s of near silent rain and overcast skies. I haven’t a resent photograph, you can get fed up of removing power lines, poles and street lights!!!

I’ve just been out with Ziggy after his breakfast, walking across the patio I noticed that the poles that carry the power lines also have the street lights fixed to them, I must have seen that many times; a good example of not seeing things you don’t like …

In the last month we, or I should say, my Sister has sold what was Mum and Dad’s last home to gather, the funds from the sale of the apartment will fund Mum’s room in the Home for about five years; so that is one worry is over!

Come the end of next week we may have a new government, or not …. As the poles stand no one party can get a majority, so enemies will forge together as friends for the betterment of the country; or just for power!

We must be more careful as we vote ………………
