You are amazing.
You are also pretty messed-up.
I’m not sure if they’re intertwined
or just both there
but you have to learn to accept both of them.

You may be messed up because you’re amazing.
You may be amazing because you’re messed up.
You may just be both independent of each other.
You may be amazing despite being messed up.
You may be messed up despite being amazing.
But it doesn’t matter so much
how or when or why
or how it’s muddled or it isn’t
you are both.
You’re going to have to learn to live with it.

It is going to be wonderful.
It is going to be terrible.
It is going to be more wonderful than it will be terrible
if you can accept and live with
the fact that isn’t going to be both.
This is your burden.
This is your blessing.
This is your both.
