Blues & Greys. in The odd entries from life …….

It seems our blue sky spring has gone for now, over the last few day’s we have had some rain and dull skies with just a little blue here and there to lift the sprites! The poor days wound come under what is know locally as a soft day, the real heavy rain has dropped it water along the centre of Cornwall; experienced on the A30.

I took a walk while Ziggy and daughter enjoyed some agility, with having some resent rain I kept to the footpaths, the farm lanes were rather soft under foot during the dry days, so the few images I took were all close to a footpath; as for caring mud about I left that to Ziggy.

I suppose we are entering late spring now, and the May - June gap will soon be upon us, the early flowers have come and the threes are opening there leafs in turn, it is a period when some trees have new canopies of spring green leafs while others linger with there leaf-buds waiting for the off.

The last two flower photographs I took quite unaware of the greenflies luring among the petals, I was using my Canon G10 camera, its my light go anywhere camera with a simple look through viewfinder and a screen on the back, both do not magnify like a DSLR camera; so it was a surprise to see the tiny host on the flowers.

It is Monday morning, and the weather pattern continues as we have had two clear skies and one overcast period, but we are forecast a dry day.
