I've been busy! ETA in Hello.

These past few weeks have been hectic! Shellie has been here at Easter, I met up with a school friend I haven’t seen for 20 odd years, we’ve been to Keswick, Carlisle, I’ve been out with another school friend, out for drinks with colleagues…and that’s in between going out to work and looking after my family.
Hopefully my next entry will be one of just photos.
I’ve been trying to get a bit of exercise in. I’m fat again. I’m trying to eat “cleaner” as I’ve got into the habit of just making nuggets and chips or Super Noodles and hotdog sausages when I’ve got home from work. Hardly any processed carbs, I’m getting them all from fruit and veg. I’ve done two biggish walks this week, one up a mountain with dad on Saturday, a flat road walk of around 6 miles today. Tomorrow dad and I are shadow leading a guided walk up Rannerdale Knotts, we only need to do two more before we can start our training.
I’m getting excited about going to see Foo Fighters next month. This weekend I’ll be booking my train and hotel. I’m a bit excited and nervous about going with some internet strangers, but they all seem really lovely. I’m sure they’ll look after me.
I’ve also booked in to get my third tattoo. My tattooist is getting married and can’t fit me in till July, but hey, the sign of a good tattooist, right?
Best go make my packed lunch for tomorrow. The weather is set to be glorious, I can’t wait!
We’ve started watching Vikings. I don’t normally like dramas, but I like this one. John assures me it’s based on fact and HOLY FUCKING HELL, RAGNAR!
The actor is a bit of a dick. I’m trying to detach the two. Mmm, nice.
