    DB Press: 5 @ 30 lbs
    5, 5, 5 @ 45 lbs (+2.5 lbs)

    Cable Row: 5 @ 66 lbs
    10, 10, 12 @ 104 lbs
    DB Bench Press: 5 @ 30 lbs
    10, 10, 12 @ 52.5 lbs (+2.5 lbs)

    EZ-BB Curl: 10, 10, 7 @ 55 lbs (+5 lbs)
    Tricep Pushdown: 10, 10, 12 @ 55 lbs (+6 lbs)

    Crux of workout: 57 minutes

My ass is a bit sore from split squats the other day. Odd, I’ve been doing them for a couple weeks now, I didn’t think adding weight was going to make me sore.

I don’t think I can handle heavy standing presses. I may switch to seated next cycle. I was pretty beat after chins and presses. I was going to do rows first, but both were taken. Eh, whatever. At least my dumbbell bench felt strong.

Curls are physically uncomfortable. I don’t understand what guys get out of it. So says the masochist, but that’s not my kind of discomfort. I’ll suck it up and do them anyway.

Oh man, I gotta help Angie get a table and I’m zonked. I think I’ll nap.
