Job of convenience. in Snippets

When I was a runaway I had a friend who worked at a convenience store. Actually I had a lot of those through the years. One time he was running short on pennies and asked me if I could run around and try and buy him a few rolls. I went to a couple places and came upon this submarine sandwich shop that sold me a couple rolls. As I was leaving the guy told me to stop by his downtown store in the morning.
