Oh my gawd. in New Beginnings.....

Seriously people I need advice. I am trying to just come to work and do my thing and ignore the drama, that being lunatic but my gawd I share an office with her it’s really hard! Today she tells me she broke it off with boss man, and she’s thinking of going back to ex-boyfriend, which is all fine and good, crazy but whatever. Then she tells me how she and bosses daughter have said manager needs to go. That’s its operation get rid of manager. WTF is wrong with this girl? And if this is coming from owner I don’t know what that means for my future here. Manager is the life line of this company. She’s extremely smart and has the biggest knowledge base here, even more than owner when it comes to running the business. Lunatic says we could all pick up the slack and make more $$. I mean who comes into a company, starts sleeping with the boss and decides she wants the manager out? A crazy person, that’s who, I really don’t know what to do. Do I just ignore it all and see how it plays out? I mean I am trying to just give her rope.. Ya know give anyone enough rope and they’ll hang themselves. I am done holding her hand and making sure she gets her shit done. There’s been a service invoice sitting in the in box for 3 days, normally I would grab it and give it to her, but I am just letting it sit. All she does is text boss and her ex all day long. She is so insecure she needs constant attention which is why I think now she’s saying she wants to go back to ex, to get a rise out of boss man. UGH have I mentioned she’s fricken CRAZY? And why is it guys like to go for the crazy girls?

In other news: My man’s dad might come to visit next week. This May I will have been with my man 12 years and I have never met his dad. He lives in DR and recently got a visa he went up to AK a few months ago but I was here. I am not nervous but he doesn’t speak English and I don’t really speak Spanish so it could be really awkward. I am happy for P tho, she’s met him once and I’d like her to get to know him better and work on her Spanish.

In other, other news: Found out Lo’s sister in law had a miscarriage as well recently only she was 25 weeks along. She’s even older than I am, but I imagine at that point she thought she was out of the woods already. SO sad, she has a year and ½ year old too. AH I know I can’t go back now but I really wish I had tried harder when P was like 3 or something. But it is what it is and I can’t change it.
