Day A, Workout 5. in Exerbabble III

I woke up at like 3:30 am and couldn’t fall back asleep. I laid in bed until around 4:30 and finally got up out of boredom. I checked my resting pulse as my heart felt like it was pounding. Still under 70 bpm. Which means, it’s all in my head. I mean, I’ve had a sub-60 resting heartrate before, but still being under 70 means I don’t have any immediate health risks.

Getting up early is hard, but whenever I get to the gym this early, it’s SO relaxing. Maybe it’s because it’s practically deserted.

I’m close to considering myself back. Just need to keep plugging away.
