Proud and erect... in blackpropaganda

No, not a picture of my member (although that is available on request) but some daffodils on here for Mothering Sunday - they come up like this every year in a neighbours garden - they were planted in one line and that’s how they are.

A real sign of spring on a morning when the sun is splitting th sky - although it is still pretty chilly.
For the first time a a number of months I walked through the park to get the Sunday paper - the weather has usually been so bad I have had to take the car. What a joy to actually walk and look at the trees, still bare, but maybe in a couple of weeks showing that green fuzz of new leaves coming - just like the bum fluff on a young man who is just about to start shaving.
SW.. was pleased to get cards from one son and grandsons - other son does not do cards! And I got her a brand new cookery book which has just been published - we have nearly all Diana Henry’s previous books - and it was total surprise for her that I had got it in the city on Wednesday. It looks a good one - with great pictures - it really is food porn
So, I have brownie points this morning - I need to stock up on them you never know when I might need to cash them in.
And today I cook my signature dish - cottage pie - rich with onions, carrots, mushrooms, minced beef, red wine and stock - topped with mashed potatoes with leeks and cheese as topping - orgasmic!
