work outs in A Day in the Life of Me

So i started back to the gym (finally) this week. Today I had an assessment with one of the trainers there and i have done much better then I thought I had originally had in keeping the weight off! I am only 3lbs over the goal weight that I achieved a few years back. I honestly thought that I was WAY more over then that with how I have been feeling.
Now I need to figure out exercises again. The trainer I had today is a girl I know from the mall. She used to work in the jewel kiosk across from me.
Of course she wants to sign me up for Personal training sessions with her, but I can’t afford it, and it would not be fair of me to pay out extra for a trainer for myself, when I know D would love to be able to have access to a membership himself. (seeing as how the BI-WEEKLY payments are approx $100 for a year on top of my membership.)
I would LOVE to be able to, but unless i win the lotto, it will not happen any time soon.
Sucks as i pay for membership, and can access all equipment and classes free, but no training.
If anyone has any tips, I am all ears btw… targeting midsection, back, shoulders and thighs.
