New Yoga Mat & Spaghetti in Healthy Bites

So, let me tell you about my kick start to exercising again.
Once I got the books out of the living room, I decided to start exercising—last Sunday.
I started Jillian Michaels’s Beginning 30 Day Shred, and I am doing pretty well on it. I did level one on Sunday, and I did level two yesterday.
After I did level one on Sunday, I knew I needed to get some kind of yoga/exercise map so I can continue exercising. I was stretching on my name on the floor…and it wasn’t going to work because the rental’s floor isn’t carpeted.
Yesterday, I visited Walmart and got a yoga/exercise dual mat for $20.00. It works pretty well, and I hope it lasts a long time.
I just looked online and discovered that Jillian Michaels has a new DVD out.
I just returned from the B&N after I reserved a copy of it. I have it in my possession and cannot wait to try it out.
Tonight, I made some kick ass spaghetti, and I am quite excited because there are leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
I am really tired, and I am going to bed. There is more to tell, but I am too tired to write.
Oh yeah, my aunt texted me. She told me that her professors dumped a wad of homework on her. I told her I understand that…the old college pile.
