Barometric Pressure Headache in Mini Bites

Yesterday (March 3, 2015) was a very challenging day.

I got up with a nagging headache yesterday morning. I thought that it would go away when I got to work or subside…

Guess what? It started nagging intensely. I told my co-worker I was going to down to the open stand convenient store to get some Advil (This is after I took some Bayer).

I took two Advil which took the edge off. I decided to eat my steak salad, which were my leftovers from the previous night. Then, I took my lunch break and went to Starbucks. I got a small latte and three vanilla scones, and I rode the bus re-reading some parts of the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy.

By the time I got back to the office, the headache was still there, but it was tolerable until I went home around 6 p.m.

Pretty much, Rupert had the meatloaf ready, and I made the salad. We ate. Afterwards, we watched J.J. Abrams’s, Star Trek, but I fell asleep because I was so exhausted from all the moving and rearranging books over the weekend.

I’ve been also doing a lot of research on Asperger’s and autism. I know about autism because my brother is autistic, but I wanted a more in depth study of it…and let me tell you, what I’ve been finding out is blowing my mind.
