I have nothing to say. Well there’s the weather.

21 degrees. 35% precipitation. 78% humidity. Wind 7 mph from the SE - now that’s a new direction.

I knew we had rain or snow or the fabulous new term ‘wintery mix’ forecast. When I just let Gracie out and turned on the yard light I stepped out on the rock step to see if it was wet or slippery and it was still dry.

That’s good. I am taking the truck to work and I like normal conditions. Larre has the Buick and the diagnosis is still up in the air. It’s leaking at the front of the engine. Would be nice to get it back today. I talked to him last night when he called. I hope I wasn’t wasting his time because I had very little idea what he was talking about. Jim can take that over.

I wish I had taken a screen shot of my fitbit graph last night. I was thinking of photoing it and then I thought I’d do some stair climbing first and then I went to bed. So there is no graph to show you.

Fitbit is like other electronic lovers. A voyage of discovery.

I moved my dr appointment out a couple weeks with the option of canceling it altogether. I’d rather work.

Away son called last night. Deb and Will’s play at church - Chittty Chitty Bang Bang - based on a book by Ian Fleming, James Bond’s daddy - was last weekend. They are coming down the weekend after next. I hope they will be pleased that the puzzle is still on the kitchen table. I doubt they will be surprised though.

Yesterday in my quest for steps I went to see if the vending machine in the lunch room had been filled at 7 am. Of course not. But it had been filled at 9 am. I bought a 16 oz bottle of low fat chocolate milk.

It contained:
320 calories
56 g. carbs
60% of recommended daily allowance of calcium
50% of Vitamin D
16 g. protein which is 32% of recommended protein

It was chocolate and tasted good and cost $1.40.

Pic is from March 2013.
