The call I was hoping for came in about noon today and I left work to meet the plumbers at my house. Very cautiously they turned on the water at the curb and then tested each and every outlet in the house. I feel very lucky that there were no leaks anywhere in the system,. This had been my fear and the results were welcome.

Now to the weekend and it was a good one. Friday Doris and I were joined by
another friend, Diane, and we had a nice dinner. Diane is a Vegan but our favorite local Italian Restaurant knows her and accommodates her choices The meeting was good and finished about 8:30 pm. We all parted early and I made it home in time to watch two epoxides of Banshee.

Saturday evening Doris and I were joined by my sponsor Joe and his wife Martha for a 55 mile road trip to dine and dance to a band Doris and I first heard Valentines weekend. Everyone was amazed. Doris was amazed the Joe and Martha loved to dance and they were amazed at how good the band was. I was amazed at how well Doris and I dance together to the sounds of our youth, DooWop.

Sunday Doris and I went to breakfast and then we broke for the gym. I went to my sons house and later on I went back to pick her up. We went to the movie and saw a Will Smith movie, Focus. Later on we went to dinner and back to Doris’ house. By the time I returned to my son’s house where I am staying I was ready to call it so I said my hellos and gave the dog a pat and lights out for me.
