Did some serious training this weekend. 10 km walk on Friday night with some cycling. Then intervals Saturday morning. Run 3 minutes, walk 3 minutes seven times. Then Saturday night 13 km walk in 100 minutes. And Sunday afternoon weight training sessions for 45 minutes with rowing. Ate plenty protein and carbohydrate, bit much less my BMR plus energy expended during training. So hopefully lost another 300 to 400 grams fat.
