Entry 15-02.26.50 in Book Two: The Fifteenth Year of the Third Millennium of the Common Era

Back… back in the Omaha… groove?

The drive back was uneventful. I didn’t even stop to get gas or provisions or anything so it was a quick, if boring, straight drive west on I 80.

So many things to do, so many things to catch up on! I started with catching up on bookmarks. A rather involved process as there are over 30 entries to read :)
After that… I jumped directly into gaming. :) How I have missed thee, my old friend, lol. Destiny, obviously, was first up. My main (Warlock) is at the highest level he can be without raiding.... I would love to raid but (1) I suck and (2) I can never find an adequate group large enough to raid… and (3) I can never find a group of such stellar over-achievers that they make up for how much I suck :) I’ve got my first Alt (Hunter) up to a level 30 already but her armor and weaponry aren’t where I want them to be. But as soon as she is finished; I’ll work on my final Alt (Titan) to try to round out my Grimoire Score. Of course… my poor neglected (obsolete) X Box 360 keeps staring at me saying, “But dude… you got a 360 game for Christmas you haven’t played yet. C’mon, man!” So.... we’ll see. Now that I have some time, I may fire up the old system and finally play some “Arkham Origins.”

Of course… even though I’ve had sex in the last 4 months (yay)… it has been about a week, and I just got through something horridly stressful… so I went ahead and “knocked one out” as it were. Technically two, I suppose. Thing is, though, things are different. Usually, my interests are simple and predictable. Asians, Red Heads, Female Orgasms, Women in Gorgeous Dresses, and JOI. But lately? I’ve been routinely drawn to a woman whose nom de guerre is Ashleigh Doll. I won’t link to any videos because I don’t want to get in trouble for sharing pornography… but if you’re in the mood to seek her out, my favorite is “I’ve Always Fancied You.” If you do give that one a watch, feel free to suggest reasons why it is my favorite… not entirely certain myself. But for those who chose not to, I do want to share images so that you can understand my confusion. Remember- usually, my interests are Asians and Red Heads. But this british woman (yeah, accent is sexy) looks like this:

So… not my usual style. But absolutely driving me wild of late!

Sorry ‘bout that. I’m just… constantly fascinated by human sexuality. I mean… we all like to think what we find attractive is unique to us, and in many ways it is. But like everything, it is influenced by your genetics, your family, your culture… I mean, for something that so many Americans think is strictly taboo, sex and sexuality is a major element of humans as a species, as a cultural phenomenon, and as a historical presence.

Anyway, after my shower I decided to see what that nasty little contraption known as a Scale had to say about me. I’ve not maintained a wise diet nor a steady exercise regiment since I began to study for the bar, but I feel that (at least until I know whether I passed or not) I should take these next 7 weeks and attempt to correct that. Starting next week, of course! That being said, I was pleasantly shocked by my present weight. At my utmost Adult Heaviest, I weighed 235 lbs… or almost 17 stone. At my utmost Adult Lightest, I weighed 120 lbs… or 8 and a half stone. Neither of those were good for me. Ultimately, I’d like to be around 168lbs or so (12 stone) but I haven’t been near there in ages. Today, I weighed 203lbs (14.5 stone). So… got my work cut out for me, but it isn’t impossible.

As I said, though, all of that starts NEXT week :) This week, I have some relaxation to catch up on! Including Fast Food and Alcohol. Though… I will also be doing laundry. I really want to get back into the swing of being helpful around here. Not that it is likely to help my wife scrounge up a shred of self-confidence or affection, but… sometimes, being a good spouse isn’t about how it affects your loved one… sometimes it is about doing something for them that you know that they want done… even if they don’t thank you or notice.

List of Things I Still Want to Get Done

(1) Fill out the application for the next bar exam
(2) Call Kaplan to see if I can get any discounts since I already paid full price for their program once
(3) Call my dad’s Trust lawyer to see if/when my wife and I will incur any added tax liability this year
(4) Start creating Bar Exam Flash Cards in preparation for the summer exam.
(5) Combine my wife’s Norton Anti-Virus license with mine so we’re not paying twice for the same product.
