Write about a mistake you made once (or more than once) that you never want to make again.

Being comfortable in my job. Once upon a time I was told, and believed, that if I worked hard I'd succeed. Now, I have to be perfect. There can be no mistakes made. And simply doing your best is not good enough. In my first 9 years at the company, I was "written up" once. After reaching 10 years, it's happened half adozen times. Every day I work I fear being fired. To lose my job of 14 and a half years... the idea terrifies me. I spent my twenties there.
