I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in 2015

Yesterday morning I took myself to the courthouse well with CJ and Heather and I FILED FOR DIVORCE!!!!!! I had to go into their library and type another form that I didn’t have and the lady there was so sweet and then it was another she said I would need then and later and directed me to that also. Then she gave me a few pamphlets to take with me. It’s sill for me to hire a lawyer. I know the Thorn will sign the paper and end the marriage so why spend that extra money that I don’t have. So $86 is better than well over $500. They can’t serve him via sheriff as it’s overseas but it will be sent via the mail. I’m sure once he gets the complaint he will be running to the post office with it signed. He has 90 days to comply so we shall see. But it’s done and I feel better for doing it. I’ve also filled out the name change paperwork for Social Security to have my name go back to Maxey. I’m getting rid of Rawley as soon as possible. Actually I’ve been told by some I can change that at anytime. I need to check up on that I mean it is a name I’ve carried in the past so I don’t see why not. But I did petition the courts in the complaint to change my name back as well.

As I was getting ready to go yesterday morning Bobby the 2 year old grand got my phone. He’s always getting it. He deletes the time and weather all the time off of it I don’t know how but he does. So yesterday on the way home from the courthouse I went to call Shawn and let him know I’d filed and his number was gone from my contacts, lucky I kneww the number. He laughed when I told him that Bobby had deleted him. We were sitting waiting for CJ to come out of Sam’s Club with a bag of ice and my default ringer rings. I almost didn’t answer it but looked and it was my cousins number. He’d deleted Billy too. So I fixed that I’d not have remembered that one as it’s another area code and all. Then after we’d gotten home I went to call CJ after she’d left for work and he’d deleted her too. So far I can’t see anymore he’s deleted. I’ve put them back gotten their ringtones and pictures back and oh yeah I put a pin lock on my phone lol. I hope the Boy continues his little computer genius up.

Mom is doing fair she isn’t crying with me at the moment anyhow will see how tomorrow goes. The above picture was taken when we left the house on Monday for the last time. We each have one. I also have one of all of us together and I intend to print one for her so we can put it in a frame for her. My brother took her recliner to her yesterday. I talk to her 3 times a day just to be sure she has someone to talk to.
