    Last night's sleep: less than 5 hours.

    GYM STUFF:

    BB Bench Press: 5 @ 45, 95, 135 lbs
    5, 5, 5 @ 155 lbs (+5 lbs)
    DB One-Arm Row: 5 @ 45, 65 lbs
    4, 3, 3 @ 85 lbs (+5 lbs)

    Seated DB Press: 5 @ 25 lbs
    8, 6, 4 @ 45 lbs (+2.5 lbs)
    Pull-ups:
    8, 8, 8 @ BW

    Reverse Fly: 10, 10, 10 @ 10 lbs (+2 lbs)

    One-Arm Cable Lateral Raise: 10, 9 @ 10 lbs; 2x12 @ 7 lbs

    Crux of workout: 64 minutes

I think the pressure of needing to fit so many workouts in a finite space (before mexico) psyched me out. In an instant, I went from motivated and feeling progress every workout to feeling perpetually tired, demotivated, and weak.
