food so far today in keeping it postive

breakfast - 1/2 winter squash (buttercup); medium yam

lunch - casserole with kasha, small white beans, portobello mushroom pieces

late dinner (after movie) - at a restaurant: beet salad, roasted cauliflower, falafel (with tahini - sesame seed sauce) Very tasty.
