    Yesterday's nutrition: Near perfect.
    Last night's sleep: Good, 8 hours.

    GYM STUFF:

    BB Bench Press: 5 @ 45, 95, 125 lbs
    5, 5, 7 @ 150 lbs (+5 lbs)
    DB One-Arm Row: 5 @ 45, 65 lbs
    5, 5, 5 @ 80 lbs

    Seated DB Press: 5 @ 25 lbs
    8, 8, 8 @ 42.5 lbs
    Pull-ups:
    8, 8, 7 @ BW

    Incline Fly: 10, 9, 9 @ 20 lbs
    Reverse Fly: 10, 10, 10 @ 8 lbs

    One-Arm Cable Lateral Raise: 12, 9 @ 10 lbs; 2x12 @ 7 lbs

    Crux of workout: 69 minutes

Good workout. Did the rows bracing my arm against a stack of boxes, rather than putting my off-leg on a bench. Mostly to stay out of people’s way; felt solid.

Gym’s crowded as hell, but I’m just paying attention to my own workout.

Already contemplating dropping flies come cycle 2.
