Making do with Ystad! in The odd entries from life …….

For a few days now we have been without a television signal, when we try to watch all we git is a ‘No signal’ message on the screen, we can play all the programs we have recorded in the ‘top set box’ The aerial man was coming this morning, he’s just been on the telephone, his van will not start, so we will be without the live programs until next week!

To watch the usual canals we are having to watch on line, and just as well, we have been watching a series ‘The Missing’ this week was episode seven – the last episode! So we did see it sitting in front of our computers, apart from the usual programming this problem has made more time to enjoy some of my blu-ray disks.

Last night I was watching ‘Wallander’ the stories can be rather grim but the production standards are high, and Kenneth Branagh’s playing of Kert Wallander is very good, the series is made by the BBC and shot in Ystad in south Sweden with state of the art camera’s; so the stories are plaid out against wonderful locations. Another name on my list to vist ……….!!!
